Return Policy

When you and your skin are happy, we're happy. As a small locally owned business it is important that you are happy with the products that you purchase and while all sales are final and we can not accepts returns, there may be solutions available with certain product vendors.

Gift Cards

Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Gift cards are final sale.

Cancellation Policy / Late Policy

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

Please follow these instructions to cancel or reschedule. (Instructions may vary depending on smart phone or desktop use.)

1.) Go to

2.) Scroll to the bottom, click 'Book Now'

3.) Click 'Sign In' in the top right corner

4.) Enter your login information

5.) Select 'Appointments'

6.) Click 'Cancel'


Voila! A cancelation notification email should be sent to you to confirm your cancelation. 


All adjustments to appointments are completed online by the client through their online account with us. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule 2 hours prior of your appointment start time to avoid fees. Failure to do so will result in 20% of your service total charged. Once the first 20% of the appointment has been missed the system will mark you as a no show and collect the fee. Failure to arrive equipped for your appointment by not following instructions given for your appointment or arriving with children with no one else to supervise them while you are enjoying your service may also result in this action. This policy is in place to protect our time as we receive many appointment requests. Securing your spot and not showing up or arriving late means everyone misses out on that appointment time. We do not have a phone but we do check our emails every few days. Thank you for being considerate (:

Lash Extensions must be canceled 24 hours before to avoid a 50% charge. A new appointment will not be taken until the 50% charge is paid.

Decency Agreement

As hospitality professionals, we are committed to cultivating a safe and inclusive community for anyone who steps through our doors – clients and team members – and to take action when this ideal fails to be upheld. 

By visiting our store, you agree that any instances of discrimination, racism, misogyny, or aggression will not be tolerated and may have consequences, up to being removed from our community.

The purpose of this is to create the healthy boundaries we need to protect decency, to be actively anti-racist, to be open to dialogue in teachable moments, and to be decisive with egregious behavior.

Release of Liability Waiver

By agreeing to this Release of Liability and Waiver, I am confirming that I recognize that there may be inherent risks associated with receiving treatments. I am responsible for discussing any questions that I may have concerning my own health conditions and updating Brow Chica staff as any of the above changes. I hereby release The Esthetics District LLC. DBA: Brow Chica Brow Bar and waive any and all claims, liabilities, or damages for personal injuries that I may experience directly or indirectly from receiving treatments.
